For July's stated meeting dinner on July 10th at 6:30 pm, we're kicking things up a notch! Get ready for an incredible feast unlike any other. As your Senior Steward, I'm preparing a mouthwatering main course featuring tender chicken breasts with a delectable sage and sherried shallot stuffing. This masterpiece will be accompanied by a creamy fennel Sambuca sauce, sure to tantalize your taste buds.
But wait, there's more! To complete this culinary symphony, I'll be whipping up a luxurious wild mushroom and pecorino romano risotto, alongside an assortment of spring vegetables bathed in lightly truffled Irish butter.
To perfectly complement these bold flavors, our Junior Warden and Steward team have curated a special Vermentino wine pairing.

Unfortunately, the JW and JS will be out of town for the dinner. To ensure everything runs smoothly, I'm looking for a few brothers to lend a hand with meal preparation. We'll begin prepping around 3 pm on July 10th.
